Don’t make fun of me but I have looked at my **** hole and when the muscles are tight they go in but when it is relaxed the hemorrhoids show up. They are dark purple and I have seen other pictures so I am sure they are external hemorrhoids. They look like a clot and stuff. What can I do? I want them gone. They are ugly and I don’t want them to get bigger. Can I do anything other than surgery to get rid of them?

Does anyone know how to get rid of painful external hemorrhoids?
They are guided by the basic external hemorrhoids painful. I tried preparation H but it hasn 't worked. Anyone who knows hemorroids rid of them without surgery?
