Hemorrhoids Cure

I am 20 years old and I think I have external hemorrhoids. Theres no pain but I want them gone, what can i do? Don’t make fun of me but I have looked at my **** hole and when the muscles are tight they go in but when it is relaxed the hemorrhoids show up. They are dark purple and I have seen other pictures so I am sure they are external hemorrhoids. They look like a clot and stuff. What can I do? I want them gone. They are ugly and I don’t want them to get bigger. Can I do anything other than surgery to get rid of them?
